lorapictLora Solomon is a Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a masters degree in nursing and nearly twenty years of experience in providing holistic health care.  She has had extensive training in integrative medicine, functional medicine,  advanced meditation, emotional freedom technique (EFT)and biofeedback.  She combines the best of her education and experience in an approach that can be described as EAT, DANCE, and LOVE.  A holistic approach that respects food as medicine, movement as pleasure and love as the mysterious, yet necessary ingredient for well-being.

nelsaDr. Nelsa Andersson Ciapponi is board certified in Family Medicine and Integrative and Holistic Medicine. She is a graduate of Duke University and completed residency in Family Medicine at the University of CT. Dr. Nelsa has practiced family medicine for 20 years and has a long standing interest in holistic medicine which she has been actively combining with traditional medicine in her practice. She has advanced her studies in functional medicine, nutrition and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and has special interest in utilizing evidence based methods to treat illness and to promote wellness.
