Services / existing patients

Although the providers at Optimal Health Medicine are trained and board certified in primary health care,  we are currently practicing as specialists in holistic medicine and not as a primary care providers.  As  experts in our field,  we provide education and holistic guidance to those seeking to improve their overall health and prevent disease.  All our patients are therefore advised to maintain a relationship with their primary care providers

Emergency And After- Hours Procedures
If you feel you are having difficulties, you are encouraged to call the office as soon as possible to schedule an appointment. If the office schedule is full, we will schedule a time for a telephone consultation for which there may be a charge depending upon the complexity of the situation. Please maintain a relationship with your Primary care provider in the event that urgent/emergency care is needed.
If you are having a serious problem after-hours, during the weekend, or have not heard back from us, please call your regular physician or dial 911.

E-Mail Correspondence
E-mail is an inherently insecure medium, and you agree to accept the associated risks if you initiate this form of communication for questions concerning your treatment or other medical issues.  If you do not wish to receive personal information via the internet/email, please let us know immediately. We will have a disclaimer on the bottom of all our out-going E-mails as reminder.

Please note the following:
The clinicians at South Charlotte Clinical Associates are all independent practitioners in an office sharing arrangement.  We are not connected in any legal manner."
